Purchase process was straight forward and easy, sales representative was excellent. There was a very small blemish on the paint when the car was collected which was a little disappointing, but the body shop sorted this very quickly and I'm happy.

The service was carried out at the BMW centre this time as I also had MOT. It is far more pleasant than Mini centre & better staffed. I was disappointed during my last visit to Mini, the two departments vary considerably.
Service was good expect for the after purchase had some confusion. I relocated at around the same time and the logbook was sent to my previous address although after reminding the sales team in advance abt the relocation

Some lack of communication prior to delivery and car not completely ready, i.e. Phone adapter not fitted or checked (it doesn't work) and paperwork not fully completed. Hood on car not treated with life shine.
