The whole process was very easy , from Isacc to Anthonny nothing was too much. I was updated regularly. Upon arrival to collect the car everything was talked through to me ( being a new electric car owner) .

I was satisfied with the end result, however I did not receive the email asking for the advance payment beforehand. Jack contacted me so this could be sorted out so I was able to collect my car.

Overall I was satisfied but I felt that the balance during the process between personal one to one customer support was heavily outweighed by email, App and messaging contact with Mini UK. Much of this would not be an issue for technology savvy buyer

The Mini salesman Jack couldn't have been more helpful. He was kind and patient and very knowledgable I am 84 and not very computer literate and he assisted me at every step. I would definitely ask for him if I bought another car.

Collection of new car was the day after my purchase centre closed down! New one did well in the circumstances. Fast turnaround of car. Not all papers had been transferred so not as smooth as it should have been, and new centre is much further away!

Alex explained clearly what the issues were. The engineers bent over backwards to fit in the service as well as the MOT even though they were very busy. Also they ensured that the work was done in a timely fashion. Very helpful and professional.

The night before my booking I was asked via email if there were any additional services that could be done . I booked some extras, and confirmed by phone in the morning how long the car would be needed for. This was simply ignored. Waste of time!!

We had to drive a total of 210 miles to take my car to Plymouth as you decided to close Paignton and made no pick up and collection arrangement for Paignton customers. Will not be using them again as it was impossible to park and was complete chaos!
